An Unusual presentation of perineal sinus.

Abstract :

  Foreign body is a common cause of non healing sinus. A perineal sinus with vegetable matter is a rare presentation. We report a case of persistent perineal sinus following fall from a tree and sustaining trauma to perineal region.
