Abstract :

Summary

A 31 year old female weighing 40 kg with obstetric history of para 2, live birth 2 presented with complain of pain in abdomen since 2 days. Patient was already admitted in cardiac ward since 15 days in view of complain of eathlessness on rest and history of pedal oedema post full term normal delivery 2 months back.
