Analysis Of XRD Patterns Of ZnO And Mn Doped ZnO Nanoparticles

Abstract :

The study is based on the analysis of XRD patterns of ZnO and Mn doped ZnO nanoparticles. In this paper, different author‘s papers are summarized for the analysis of XRD patterns of the above metal oxide nanoparticles. This study is very helpful to synthesize ZnO and Mn doped ZnO nanoparticles. It would also results helpful in predicting the type of ZnO crystallite structure formed and what changes takes place in its crystallite structure after doping it with manganese .
