Application of Cone Beam Computed Tomography in Various Specialities of Dentistry-A Review

Abstract :

Cone Beam Computed Tomography is a relatively new three–dimensional imaging technology, which can be used for imaging of the teeth and jaws. The aim of this paper is to acquaint the dental professionals with various forms ofthis technology and its potential applications in various specialities of dentistry.
