Abstract :

Neonatal fractures during birth are rare. It is even rarer following a caesarian delivery as compared to vaginal delivery. Bilateral farctures are also very rare, with a very few reports available in literature. We present a case of bilateral humerus fracture in a preterm neonate following caesarean section due to eech presentation and provide guidelines for management and follow up.
