Cds/ Sno2 Thin Films for Solar Cell Applications

Abstract :

Cadmium sulfide/tin oxide (CdS/ SnO2) two layer nanostructured thin films have been prepared by spray pyrolysis technique. The prepared films have been characterized using UV–VIS–NIR optical transmission, at different substrate temperatures and calculation of electrical resistivity and ellipsometry also. Finally, ellipsometric studies of CdS/ SnO2 interface show that the structure is very satble.
