Childrens Right to Health in India: Legal Perspective

Abstract :

The question of right to health has emerged as one of the most viant issues for discussion in this new millennium. The question of children’s right to health requires utmost attention as children are the future of the world. This paper is an attempt to analyze and understand the different aspects of children’s right to health in the light of Indian government’s various policies, programmes, legislation & judicial response in this direction. The health is an essential condition for the attainment of state of complete physical, mental & social well being and, therefore, is a fundamental right of every human being without distinction of any kind.
