Correlation between Managerial Qualities of Head and Success of Educational Institution

Abstract :

 Managerial qualities of head play an indispensible role in effectiveness of an educational institution. Effective leadership possesses the knowledge and understanding of successful leadership skills along with the personal ability to implement those skills. There is strong and positive correlation between requirement of organization and head’s capacities. Present study is focused on finding of managerial qualities of heads and relation with success of educational institute.
