Present study to find any association effectiveness of the lockdown in Coronavirus Disease 2019 Pandemic in the India vs world Country that are most affected. The aim of the study the mortality of Coronavirus Disease 2019 in India compared to other country of the world. Present study found that infectivity rate was lower in India than other most affected country. It was found that that mortality rate was lower in Russia compared to other country. Mortality rates were 0.91%, 2.51% and 3.12% in Russia, Turkey and India. India was the third lowest mortality whereas overall 7.0% mortality in worldwide. Figure 4 shows that Daily case in Coronavirus Disease 2019 was linear in India during lockdown period. In our country, Maharashtra was most affected state in Coronavirus Disease 2019 till now and Gujarat was the second most affected state in Coronavirus Disease 2019. But Meghalaya was higher mortality state though less numbers were affected state. Number of COVID–19 cases was linear but not exponentially during lockdown in India and it may three reasons in our country. 1. Lockdown is more effective in India. 2. High temperature can decreased the transmission of COVID–19 in our country. 3. Herd immunity may reduce the number of cases. It may recommended that extension of Lockdown (after 3rd may) is more effective in India and may decreased a large number of COVID–19 infections.
