EFFECTS OF RISK BENEFIT AND OPPORTUNITY ON HR IN RESPECT TO GLOBALIZATION

Abstract :

 Globalization means the dismantling of trade barriers between nations and the integration of the nations’ economies through financial flow, trade in goods and services, and corporate investments between nations. Globalization has increased across the world in recent years due to the fast progress that has been made in the field of technology especially in communications and transport. According to the literature review & my survey, the effects of globalization on Indian Industry have proved to be positive as well as negative. The government of India must try to make such economic policies with regard to Indian Industry‘s Globalization that are beneficial and not harmful. Under the present deprived conditions of unorganized sector, this would lead to imbalance in the labor market leading to more supply of labors, low wages and low level of income. This situation would affect the social and economic conditions of the unorganized working population. Human resource Practices in various areas of Indian sectors, the activity are targeted like order filling, customer service, manufacturing processes, and human resource management. It is being observed, managers study the best practices of leading companies, not necessarily those in the same line of business, and then try to implement them in their own organizations.
