Abstract :

Giant cell tumor is a benign, locally aggressive tumor with features of local recurrences and potential of metastasis. GCT of small bones of hand and foot are of rare occurrence with very few case reports in the literature. Here, we report a case GCT of second metatarsal in an 18–year–old male. This patient had first surgery in the form of complete excision of tumor followed by free fibular graft. The recurrence occurred within six months of first surgery
