Abstract :

INTRODUCTION Over the years, there is a certain deficiency in the teaching of the subjects, especially in the doctrinal approach based on the application of doctrines that deviate from economic, political and ideological relations, conceiving the law as pure and clean of any ideology as teaching, it is above all a departure from the approach of rights stipulated by supranational and national organizations. Hans Kelzen Nercesiants BC proposes an education based on directional transmission of contents, and consequently the students must reproduce and memorize these contents without contra With this approach the teacher, in his educational–research and educational work, encounters many difficulties; one of them is the suitability of the teaching – learning strategies, and research to the concrete reality of social practice , educational and research fact, in this sense the objective of this article is to show the methodological strategies on the teaching – learning process, focused on multiple intelligences from various authors and from the perspective of the authors.
