Huge size of Scrotal Swelling causing Buried Penis

Abstract :

 Scrotal swelling can occur due to injury or underlying medical condition. In this 58 year old male this huge size of scrotal swelling with buried penis is found without any clear cut underlying cause except minor unnoticed injury that could not be excluded.
