Abstract :

 Nurses are the backbone of the health care system; their knowledge, skills, work and commitment form the basis of patient care. Nurses are the people behind the scenes, the ones who make sure that everything is running smoothly. Nursing is the backbone of the medical field; as they take care and well–being of each and every patient. Their work, expertise, resources and commitment are devoted to protecting them even in crises situation
