K. Lakshmipathi, M. Hari
Abstract :
In the late twentieth century nothing has hit human kind promiscuity and worse homosexuality, it was thought that a so– called family bound society like India, will not fall prey to aids. However ,it is this very conservatism harder, than the dread of AIDS A disaster far immense in magnitude than the plague and its after math visualized as having even more disastrous demographic consequences than a world warThe migrant populations in the city slums are known for their lack of moral values specially as a result of uprootment from community life. Here a totally different set of conditions prevail than those caused by conservatism. there is a complete eakdown of family values and the children are exposed to crime and a bitter struggle for existence which may include drug peddling and drug abuse.
