Abstract :

Intraperitoneal Focal Fat Infarction is a oader umella term which includes two disease entities viz. EpilploicAppendagitis and Omental Infarction. The importance of differentiating between the two entities lies in the fact that management of both is contrasting. We here present 2 case reports where we differentiated between the two disease entities and both cases were managed accordingly with satisfactory outcomes.
