Investigations on Etching, Morphology and Biological Activity of Metal ions doped L–Aspartic acid Single Crystals

Abstract :

The single crystals of alkali, alkaline earth and transition metal ions doped L-aspartic acid were grown from slow evaporation solution growth method. By this method the transparent crystal of metal ions doped Laspartic acid were prepared and they were characterized by FTIR, UV, Powder X-ray diffraction analysis, Etching and antimicrobial analysis. The results are discussed in detail.
