Mangalika Dosha and Kaalasarpa Dosha in Vedic Astrology

C. R Rajah

Abstract :

Astroogically Kuja is a cruel planet. Kuja is a natural significator of Courage, Aggression, Violence, Property, Co-borns to name a few. In terms of Marriage it acquires supreme importance as here it signifies Passion, the Husband, the Marital Knot, sex, etc. Moreover, the role of Kuja in the generation of progeny cannot be underestimated. A person suffering with Kujadosha is vulnerable to physical abuse from the partner When all the planets are hemmed between Rahu and Ketu(i. e., the Chandra\'s north node and the Chandra\'s south node), Kalasarpaa Yoga/Dosha is formed. Complete Kalasarpaa Yoga/Dosha is formed only when half of the chart is unoccupied by planets. Even if one planet is outside the Rahu-Ketu Axis, there is no Kalasarpaa Yoga/Dosha.
