Methotrexate Induced Muco–Cutaneous Toxicity – A Rare Case Report

Abstract :

We are reporting a rare case of methotrexate induced apoptosis related cytotoxic reactions in the form of painful, oedematous, erosive and ulcerative lesions involving abdomen, lumbo-sacral area, extremities and oral mucous memane in a 70 years old male patient of psoriasis vulgaris following chronic and high dose ingestion of methotrexate.
