Abstract :

<p> Periodontal microsurgery is the refinement of basic surgical techniques made possible by the improved visual acuity gained with the use of the surgical microscope. In the hands of trained and experienced clinician, microsurgery offers enhanced out come not possible with traditional macrosurgery.</p>
