Abstract :

Lobular capillary hemangioma is a benign, rapidly growing lesion of the skin and mucous memanes. It may rarely present as a mass that entirely fills the nasal cavity with an unknown etiology. It is more common in the third decade and in females presenting with symptoms  such as nasal obstruction and epistaxis. We present a retrospective case series of four such patients who presented with recurrent epistaxis and nasal obstruction.
