ORBITAL CELLULITIS AND "KOCH'S BACILLI"!!!

Abstract :

 Orbital cellulitis is an impending emergency in which confusion still exists between the diagnosis of this serious condition and that of preseptal cellulitis. Delay in treatment may cause blindness and progression to life–threatening sequelae such as ain abscess, meningitis or cavernous sinus thrombosis. We report a case, of a 8 year old male patient presented to our department with a right orbital swelling for the past few days. CT scan revealed an abscess in relation to, lateral superior inferior walls of the orbit, in which, the orbital cellulitis had an underlying cause
