Abstract :

Parotidectomy creates both aesthetic and functional issues creating a unique challenge for reconstruction to each surgeon. In this era of free flaps, pectoralis major myocutaneous flap still remains a versatile flap among head and neck cancer patients. A retrospective study was conducted at a tertiary hospital to evaluate the results of postparotidectomy defect reconstruction with PMMC flap.
