Performance of SHGs Members and their Empowerment in Karnataka

Abstract :

 The performance and involvement of the group are based on many factors including the  composition of the group, way of functioning, participation of members in productive activities etc.  Any study on the performance of SHGs without considering the socio–economic aspects of members will reveal only half the story.  An attempt is made to analyze the diversified activities of the members.
