Abstract :

Peutz–Jeghers‘ syndrome (PJS) is an autosomal dominant disease, which is characterized by mucocutaneousmelanin pigmentation and multiplegastrointestinal polyps (hamartomatous). The gastrointestinal polyp backdrop may act as lead point for intussusception. Attempt at surgical intervention may need multiple resections leading to short bowel syndrome, adding to morbidity in these cases. We are herewith presenting a case of Puetz –Jeghers syndrome with recurrent intussusception.
