Polymer Concrete: Future of Construction Industry

Abstract :

Use of Polymer Concrete as a building material can benefit construction industry in maintaining its economy. It can be the future of constructions taking place nowadays that can reduce both material and labour expenses. Development of polymer concrete has not advanced to the degree of widespread commercial application, but as research produced improved techniques and better monomers, polymer concrete should be at the core of significant advances in concrete construction. This paper delineates the advantages of polymer concrete as a construction material and how it can replace the concrete used today
