Abstract :

A new, simple, rapid, specific and sensitive reverse phage high performance liquid chromatographic method has been developed for estimation of Ramipril and Amlodipine. For this validation following parameters precision, accuracy, linearity, limit of detection, limit of quantification, robustness have been studied. The developed method is recommended for routine analysis since it is rapid, simple, precious and robust quantitative analytical method for simultaneous estimation of Ramipril and Amlodipine. Validation has done according to international conference for harmonization (ICH)
