Abstract :

The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and outcomes of intra–arterial thrombolysis in the treatment of acute occlusions of the lower limb over a three year period. Material and Methods. Results. Most patients are males The main indications for treatment were class 2 ischemia . All patients were performed outpatient follow up. Technical success rate is 88%, patency is is (64%),limb salvage (76%),ABI improvement 76%,one patient underwent femorotibialbypass surgery , no mortality seen. Conclusions.
