Teaching Attitude of B. Ed. Students

Abstract :
It was decided to select a cluster sample of 300 B.Ed. students of Virudhunagar District during the academic year 2010-2011. The data were collected by means of to measure to attitude towards teaching constructed and validated by Suresh Kumar M (2007) was used. The collected data were subjected to ‘t’ test for large independent groups. The findings indicate that there is a significant difference in the level of teaching attitude of male and female graduate and postgraduate students in respect of their attitude towards teaching profession and there is no significant difference in the level of science and arts students, urban and rural students in respect of their attitude towards teaching profession.
