Abstract :

On the basis of the comparative study of salinity stress (4ECe, 6ECe and 9ECe) in Protein content in the fruit of two varieties (F1 Hyid Sapan and NBH Harit) of Momordica charantia L. under Pot and Field culture, we observed that, protein content in Bitter Gourd’s fruit decreased with increased salt concentrations in the both varieties of Bitter Gourd
