A Case Report on Severe Dimethoate Poisoning : Do We Know Everything?

Abstract :

Dimethioate is widely used organophosphate insecticide used to kill insects on contacts. It causes severe and profound hypotension which is refractory to any supportive therapy. We selected this case report to highlight potency and lethal effects of this compound.
