Abstract :

 Aim & Objective: To study the clinical and radiological outcome of GSH interlocking nail in supracondylar femur fractures . To study and evaluate the results of the retrograde nailing in supracondylar femoral fractures in relation to knee flexion, mobilization of patients and early weight beÃ¥. Study the postoperative rehabilitation of retrograde nailing in supracondylar femoral fractures.
