Abstract :

 Aim & Objective: To study the clinical and radiological outcome of GSH interlocking nail in supracondylar femur fractures . To study and evaluate the results of the retrograde nailing in supracondylar femoral fractures in relation to knee flexion, mobilization of patients and early weight beå. Study the postoperative rehabilitation of retrograde nailing in supracondylar femoral fractures.
