Abstract :
This paper is intended to summarize the strategies of the Customer retention strategies in the body of knowledge. This paper ings the contribution of inging the strategies stated by various authors so far in the literature. The companies are striving to retain the customers in the present cutthroat competition, so the strategies can give valuable insights to the managers in designing the polices for retention of customers and to have competitive advantage.
