Abstract :

Primary central nervous system lymphoma is infrequently occurring lymphoma accounting for only 0.3–3% of all intracranial neoplasm. (1) We describe the case of primary central nervous system lymphoma which presented to us as extra calvarial swelling in previously operated case of craniotomy with biopsy which was suggestive of inflammatory lesion; exploration was done suspecting recurrence, but histopathological examination and immunostaining were suggestive of Primary CNS lymphoma.
