A Study of Role of Production Planning System

Abstract :

A study is based on the production planning system in Leben Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. In Leben they always make a planning for good results but a control system is not strong. This is a export unit. All quality aspects are followed while making production planning . It is helpful in minimizing cost and increase in profit. There is coordination in various resources and departments. Hence, the management maintain the quality and healthy relations.
