Abstract :

Highly satisfied employees of any organisation or company are considered as a precious asset of the company. Employee’s satisfaction is a measure of how happy employees are with their job and working environment. Keeping morale high among workers can be of great benefit to any organisation, as employees are more satisfied will be given more production, and stay devoted to the company. There are many factors in improving or maintaining high employee’s satisfaction, which employers would do well to implement. Various monetary and non monetary factors affect on satisfaction level of employees and all factors are not equally important for all the employees but that are important to determine the satisfaction level of employees.
