A Study On Organizational Culture In Bharath Heavy Eletrical Limited, Ranipet

Abstract :

Organizational culture is a macro phenomenon which refers to the patters of beliefs, assumptions, values and behaviors reflecting commonality in people working together. The main objective of the research is to study the Organization Culture of BHEL, Ranipet. The Researcher with help of questionnaire collects primary data. The researcher has followed stratified Random sampling method in this project. A Researcher collected 100 samples from the BHEL employees. A survey method is used to collect the data. Percentage analysis and Chi–Square Test were used analyze the Data. Over all findings of the researches indicates Bharath Heavy Electrical Limited is a good company, technically strong, employees are intelligent and hard working.
