Abnormal rare complication of scleral buckle done for R.D. in 68 years old male patient

Abstract :

We are reporting a case of abnormal extrusion of sclera buckle done for R.D. in 68 years old male patient. This half extruded scleral buckle has lead to the development of excoriation of skin with colobomo formation at lid margin.
