Abstract :
The growing concern over health also give emphasise to have an insight in to the diseases that cause for the death of human kind. Cancer is identified as one of the disease which have a greater impact on the whole life of the patients. This paper is an attempt to reveal some facts and figures on the prevalence of cancer which was retrieved from 71st NSSO and data from Indiastat.
