Abstract :

 In a changing world where technology is playing a major role our children are becoming Technology savvy. We need a technique to make our children learn in the environment they want.  New technologies and new information are been discovered every fortnight. It is not possible for a faculty to be updated all the time.  With the help of IT professionals a student can learn things better. Their teacher/guide can also help them out to solve the problems

A technique called  Any Time Learning Anywhere (ALA). should help in learning things better anywhere and at any place worldwide. If experts wish they can also provide online or telephone based support within a fixed duration. We need to adopt this new technique and provide an open platform for all young minds.
