 The aim is to study the different modes of clinical presentations of the fistulae–in–ano.To evaluate the role of MR imaging and its use as a pre – operative evaluation modality for perianal fistulae. This has been done by analysing its ability to delineate The primary tract, Secondary tracts and its ramifications, abscess / source of persistent infection, relation of the tract to the sphincter complex and relation of the tract to levator ani
