Abstract :

Afatinib is a second generation EGFR receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor (ITK–EGFR). It has been shown to be effective in onchopulmonary cancers with EGFR receptor mutation. a complete tumor response in case of ain metastases is rarely described in the literature. We report the case of a patient with metastatic onchopulmonary adenocarcinoma at the cereal level with a double mutatuion of EGFR, having presented a complete and durable response to afatinib. we recall the data of the literature on this subject
