MATERIALS & METHODS: 25 clinically stable patients of COPD were recruited for the study, they were classified based on GOLD classification & polysomnography study was conducted in these patients. RESULTS: Majority of the patients werein the age group of 51–70 years. Prevalence of OSA was seen in 12% of the patients. Sleep disturbance was more severe in patients with overlap syndrome as compared to COPD alone.
