Delusional Parasitosis following cataract surgery : a case report

Abstract :

Delusional parasitosis (DP) type is a delusional disorder characterised by a feeling that insects or bugs are crawling beneath the skin and poses a challenge to treatment and management. In this case report we discuss a case of delusional parasitosis that developed following cataract surgery and that was treated with Tiapride and Escitalopram.
