Dielectric Study of PolyanilineNitio3 Composites

Vinayak Vithal Krishnaji, Sangshetty. Kalyani

Abstract :

Polymers with oxide materials constitute a new class of polymer composite materials, which integrates materials science and technology. Chemical oxidation of aniline is carried out for Polyaniline (PANI) and insitu polymerization for Polyaniline– NiTiO3 (PANI– NiTiO3 ) composite material. To know detailed changes different characterization tools are used i.e. SEM, XRD and IR. The dielectric behavior is also investigated in the frequency range 102–107 Hz at room temperature. The NiTiO3  particles in the matrix have a greater influence on the observed dielectric values
