Abstract :

The main purpose of this research study is to assess the effect of beetroot juice with jaggery on Hb level amongst the adolescent girls. Multiple databases were searched focusing on effect of beetroot juice with jaggery on haemoglobin level. It was concluded through this literature review that beetroot juice is very helpful in increasing the level of haemoglobin among adolescent girls.
