Abstract :

Introduction Communication skills are an often under recognised and poorly utilized skill in todays’ medical practice. Its role in improving patient care and interaction with other medical colleagues cannot be over–emphasized. It is the key to getting an accurate history and complete clinical examination as well as ensuring compliance with the treatment plan proposed.
