Abstract :

In recent days there is a trend towards surgical fixation of clavicle fractures based on the unsatisfactory data obtained from conservative treatment. . Good results with high union rates and low complication rates have been reported from a variety of techniques for primary fixation of displaced fractures of clavicle. We would like to share our experience of surgical management of clavicle fracture with titanium elastic nailing system in 200 consecutive cases.
