Abstract :

We report a case of a 35 year old woman with a palpable painless lump in her left east. Mammography revealed a suspicious lesion which was further evaluated by ultrasound, and MRI. Excision biopsy revealed triple receptor negative east carcinoma, a distinct cancer subtype with a poor prognosis. This case highlights the imaging features of triple negative east carcinoma (TNBC) with emphasis on some features that can help us to differentiate this type of east cancer from others. Although triple–negative east cancer (TNBC) has been studied extensively in the oncology and pathology literature, there are few reports on imaging features.
